Types and Statuses of Transactions

Transaction Types

There are three primary types of transactions:

  • Deposit – Adding funds to the account.
  • Withdrawal – Withdraw funds from your account.
  • Exchange – Converting one currency to another.

Deposit

Deposit Types

  • Crypto – Deposit in crypto
  • Fiat – Deposit in fiat

Deposit Kinds

  • Deposit – Deposit by user
  • Payment – Payment by client
  • Invoice Payment – Invoice payment by client

Deposit Statuses

  • Pending – Deposit detected, waiting for confirmations.
  • Confirmed – Deposit confirmed, processing.
  • Completed – Deposit completed, funds credited to the balance.
  • Failed – Deposit failed.

Deposit Lifecycle:

Pending → Confirmed → Completed/Failed

Withdrawal

Withdrawal Types

  • Crypto – Withdrawal in crypto
  • Fiat – Withdrawal in fiat

Withdrawal Statuses

  • Created – Withdrawal created by a user, funds subtracted from the balance.
  • Pending – Withdrawal processing.
  • Completed – Withdrawal completed.
  • Returned – Fiat withdrawal returned, funds refunded to the balance, except fee.
  • Failed – Withdrawal failed, funds refunded to the balance.

Withdrawal lifecycle

Created → Pending → Completed/Failed → Returned

Exchange

Exchange statuses

  • Pending – Exchange created by a user, funds subtracted from the origin balance.
  • Completed – Exchange completed, funds credited to the destination balance.
  • Failed – Exchange failed, and funds were refunded to the origin balance.

Exchange Lifecycle

Pending → Completed/Failed

Invoice

Invoice Statuses

  • Created– Invoice created.
  • Pending– Payment detected, waiting for confirmations.
  • Confirmed – Payment confirmed, processing.
  • Completed – Payment completed, funds credited to the balance.
  • Failed – Payment failed.
  • Expired – Invoice expired.

Invoice Lifecycle

Created → Pending → Confirmed → Completed/Failed

Created → Expired
